The project is: disadvantaged children and adolescents continue to have access to free English and Vocational Training Courses, through Thang Long school, which will result in them having stable, decently paid jobs, which enhances their prospects in life.

In support of this project, EFD
• TLS school building is well constructed and provides a conducive training environment.
• After completion of the building, the number of students increases up to 250 anually, compared with 218 in 2005.

After restoration, the school buiding is safer and can accomodate more students. There are currently 260 students on average at Thang Long school in the academic year 2006 in which 91 students are new.
