What we do Many local social organizations operate in Ho Chi Minh City and in Vietnam to address the plight of disadvantaged children. EFD's mission is to help our local partners improve and expand their services for disadvantaged children by strengthening their skills and by funding small projects to help them become sustainable and self-reliant. |
